Must clearly show all 4 corners of the ID.
Must display your full name and date of birth.

Proof of Address
Must be a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months), or a valid ID document (as long as it shows your current address).
Must display your full name, address, and issue date.

Screenshots of online bills or statements
