Redemption timing depends on whether it's your first one or not, plus which payment method you've chosen.
First redemption: 1–5 business days
Your very first redemption takes a little longer because we need to run some extra checks and set up your redemption profile in our payment system. Please hold off on contacting support until 5 full business days have passed.
Subsequent redemptions: 1–3 business days
Once your profile is set up, future redemptions move faster. Give it up to 3 business days before reaching out.
Processing times by payment method:
Skrill — up to 24 business hours
Trustly (if instant banking isn't available) — 3–5 business days
PrizeOut — usually instant, can take up to 24 hours
MassPay — 1–2 business days
You'll get an email at your registered address as soon as your redemption has been processed and is on its way. No need to check in with support unless that email arrives but your redemption doesn't.
A quick note on timing: a business day means Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. We don't process or transfer redemptions on weekends.
