If your redeemable SC balance is showing as 0, it usually means you have active bonuses or unplayed SC that haven’t met the required playthrough conditions yet.
How SC Balances Work:
Your account may contain two separate SC balances:
Unplayed Balance – SC that hasn’t been used yet or is tied to an active bonus
Redeemable Balance – SC that has met all playthrough conditions and is eligible for redemption
When you have both types of balances (and active bonuses), gameplay deducts from your Redeemable Balance first.

As per our SC Game Rules:
“SC Coins must be played through one time (1x) before they become eligible for redemption, unless otherwise specified.”
When Will It Update?
Once you meet the 1x playthrough requirement for the SC or bonus pack:
The SC is released
It’s moved into your Redeemable Balance
You’ll then be able to request a redemption
Example Scenario:
Let’s say you received 10 SC as part of a promo.
That 10 SC is not immediately redeemable
You need to wager the full 10 SC at least once
After completing the playthrough, it moves into your Redeemable Balance
